What “Check On Your Teammates” Means
Checking on your teammates means paying attention to the people around you and being willing to reach out when something feels off. It means creating a culture and community where support is not awkward, performative, or reserved for crisis moments. It is about making care practical, normal, and part of everyday life.

Why This Movement Exists
Too many people carry pressure, stress, grief, burnout, and struggle quietly. Too often, others notice something is off but do not know what to say, what not to say, or what to do next.
Check On Your Teammates exists to close that gap. We are building a movement and community that gives people a clearer, more practical way to show up for one another and helps teams and organizations make that support part of their culture.
How the Movement Works
COYT is built around simple, repeatable action:
01
Notice
Pay attention to changes in energy, behaviour, or presence.
02
Reach Out
Take the first step and check in.
03
Listen
Create space for honesty without trying to fix everything.
04
Support
Respond with care, clarity, and appropriate next steps.
05
Connect
Help guide people toward further support when needed.
Join the Movement
There are many ways to be part of Check On Your Teammates.
Bringing the Movement to Life
From internal company launches to premium events, partner activations, and community gatherings — our events create awareness, build trust, and turn the message into something people can experience and carry forward.
Partners Helping Grow the Movement
COYT is built through collaboration. Our sponsors and partners help bring the movement to more people, more workplaces, and more communities through visibility, activation, education, and shared commitment.
Wear the Movement
Our merchandise helps turn support into visibility. From hats and tees to hoodies, each item helps carry the message forward and build recognition around the movement. 100% of all proceeds go to supporting mental health.
Join the movement. Check in. Show up. Help make support part of everyday culture and community.
